We are looking for a motivated Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our pre-opening team.The role will report to the Executive HousekeeperConveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italys most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences.The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than **** sqm events venues.Key responsibilities:Supporting the Executive Housekeeper for directing, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department.Handling guests complaints and special requestsEnsuring that public areas, guestrooms, and linen are up to the standardEducating all team members to be compliant with brand standardsManage monthly inventories and control stock levelsRunning daily cleanliness spot checkManage lost and found itemsMonitoring guests laundry delivery, linen & staff uniformsMonitoring the outsourced cleaning companyReporting to the Executive HousekeeperSkills and requirementsPrevious experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and industry standards.Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.Good level of English.Flexibility to work during the weekends and public holidays.What we offerA stimulating and collaborative work environment in a 5 stars hotel.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary package.Room discounts available worldwide within the Hyatt portfolio.Join our pre-opening team to build strong memories togetherWere committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity and equal opportunity.We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.Please submit your CV in response to this job posting, with authorization for the processing of personal data in accordance with Legislative Decree ******** and the GDPR (EU) ********.
