Key2people is seeking aBusiness Unit Biopharma Headon behalf of a multinational healthcare company specialized in developing and commercializing high-quality biosimilar medicines.The company is committed to expanding patient access to innovative therapies for chronic and acute conditions, combining scientific excellence and operational efficiency.With a robust industrial footprint and a strong focus on sustainability and compliance, the organization delivers biosimilar pharmaceutical products across hospital channels, fostering collaboration and best practice sharing within its teams and with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business strategies to sustain and grow the biopharma portfolio in Italy.Define financial and business plans, leading the execution of initiatives to achieve revenue, profit, and NWC targets.Coordinate market access, marketing, and sales functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Represent the company in key industry forums, trade associations, and meetings with institutional stakeholders.Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and best practice sharing.Monitor compliance with local and company regulations, ensuring business activities are conducted accordingly.Participate in congresses, regional and international meetings, and manage relationships with strategic partners.RequirementsSolid experience in the pharmaceutical sector, (focus on biosimilars is a plus).Strong strategic and business planning skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Excellent knowledge of the Italian market, access dynamics, and industry regulations.Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage complex processes in dynamic environments.Degree in scientific or economic disciplines; postgraduate education is a plus.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesPharmaceutical Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
