Zeeco fosters a robust work environment where employees from engineering teams to support groups benefit from a strong culture, trained leadership and opportunities for growth.Zeeco collaborates with the biggest names in the industry, enabling individuals to broaden their skills alongside teams of subject-matter experts.Title: QC ManagerBase: Zeeco's Lissone office, Milan area.Zeeco is a global leader in combustion and environmental solutions renowned for our expertise in designing engineering and manufacturing advanced burners, incinerators and environmental control systems.We serve a wide array of industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals and power generation, delivering innovative technologies that enhance operational efficiency, safety and environmental compliance.ResponsibilitiesQA / Compliance ManagementMaintain management system certifications to ISO ***** and ISO ******.Develop new procedures & processes; identify deficiencies in existing procedures and revise them to introduce system improvements.Carry out internal audits to ensure compliance with the mentioned standards and policies.Host customer and third-party audits of Zeeco's management systems to demonstrate compliance.Train and mentor staff in requirements associated with certification compliance.Review and authorise pre-qualification documentation.Work with other global quality managers to develop and manage the global PRIDE initiative objectives.Prepare and host quarterly management reviews and maintain action plan close-outs.Manage all NCR and lessons learned processes; host regular NCR reviews and develop strategies to ensure timely close-out and address customer complaints.QCAct as the focal point and coordinator for Zeeco QC activities.Prepare, review and approve ITPs and quality plans, and other quality and manufacturing documentation.Organise and coordinate global QC inspectors, including contract inspectors for all Zeeco global locations for inspections in Europe/Middle East.Manage a team of permanent QC engineers, contractors and resident inspectors at contractors.Prepare and develop inspection procedures.Prioritise inspection activities of both in-house and contract inspectors.Set acceptance criteria and adjudicate on inspection criteria disputes.Raise and progress NCRs and carry out regular reviews to analyse trends or particular areas of concern.WeldingAct as company RWC, preparing weld books, WPS and justifications for use.Deputise for RWC to arrange and monitor weld procedure and welder qualifications.Provide assessments to the manufacturing manager on the ability of welders employed.Develop new weld procedures where existing qualifications are not in place, and carry out training and development of welders and other personnel in welding activities.PEDAct as the global SME for PED/PE(S)R SANS 347 and any other global pressure-equipment regulations.Coordinate and organise all NoBo activities for all locations globally.Prepare all ESRs, HAs, PMAs, categorisations and waiver requests for PED/PE(S)R etc.Act as nominated signatory for legal PED documentation (e.g., D of Cs).Respond to non-European locations missing PED requirements for projects where they apply.Review and approve vendor and NoBo PED documentation for compliance.Ensure technical files for PED etc. are correct and maintained.MRB(s)Review and approve all manufacturing records for Zeeco.Solve issues found with respect to record issues.Serve as company signatory for declarations of compliance, certificates of conformance, etc.The CandidateThe ideal candidate will be from a QHSE background and will likely have held a supervisory/management position, including mentoring and developing teams.Experience in the application of Quality Management Systems to ISO ****.Knowledge of structural steel and pipework fabrication, CE marking, Pressure Equipment Directive ********/EU) and ISO ****.Experience in a QC Engineering role within an engineering/manufacturing site or similar.A relevant formal qualification is preferred.CSWIP 3.1 PCN level II, DPE MPI radiographic interpretation, industrial radiograph (desirable).Knowledge of Euronorm and ASME construction inspection and welding codes and standards.Ability to implement new processes.Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office Visio.Excellent verbal and written communication, able to influence and negotiate.Excellent team player, resourceful, well-organised, highly dependable, efficient and detail-orientated.Confident, assertive and able to use initiative to make autonomous decisions.Must be willing to travel internationally when required.Working at Zeeco means being part of a people-centric culture and environment built on mutual respect, personal encouragement, professional integrity and limitless opportunity.Join Zeeco and embark on a fulfilling journey where innovation, collaboration and personal and professional growth converge.#J-*****-Ljbffr
