IT SERVICE MANAGER We are hiring for our office in Padova, a talented IT Senior Service Manager.The ideal candidate has at least 5 years working experience in the role.Hybrid work is allowed, always when possible.MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS/JOB DESCRIPTION: • Manage and coordinate the delivery of Managed Services for assigned clients; • Guarantee the quality of the services provided by monitoring SLAs and KPIs; • Coordinate service, troubleshooting and support; • Prepare Service Reports and carry out Service Reviews; • Develop Problem Management and Service Improvement plans; • Support Service Design; • Serve as a focal point for the needs and issues of assigned customers and internal Operations Teams; • Implement projects to improve IT processes, systems and operations; • Manage customer expectations and relationships; • Implement the latest and most useful ITSM best practices and technologies; • Service Risk Management & Fire-drill Tests implementation; • Provide support for the revision of the annual budget for the clients; • P&L management/check; • ITIL Foundation certification; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: • University Degree, or Master, in Engineering (or science/technology); • Written and spoken fluent English and Italian is required; • Knowledge of IT Service Management framework and best practices; • Problem solving, team working, planning and risk management skills; • Excellent relational skills to interface with internal teams and with the customer; • MS Office and related software deep knowledge; • Customers' Business strategic view; Contract, remuneration and benefits will be discussed during the job interview.Please submit your CV, only if in line with our researchAbout Sorint.lab group We are a Technological Partner and Independent Vendor with 40 years of experience in the IT industry.Our team has over **** specialized profiles and over **** technical certifications to draw on.We provide IT support for many European companies.Our main services are: • 24/7 Operations: Service Desk and day-by-day application and infrastructure support (ISO ***** Certified) • Planning: Hardware and Software selection, implementation and migration activities, infrastructure assessments, consolidation and IT transformation, IT automation and Cloud computing • Application Development: Integration, information management, and analytics (BIG DATA) spanning front-end to back-end activities • Formation: Flexible and effective professional training and development.Our goal is to help our Partners streamline and simplify their IT Management Systems so that they can focus on mission critical activities.Sorint.LAB hires and welcomes all employees in an inclusive, respectful and open environment.Everyone in Sorint—and our company itself—benefits from an inclusive work environment.We are aware that inclusively creates a positive team culture and developmentWE ARE WAITING FOR YOUR APPLICATION
