Per azienda metalmeccanica cerchiamo un LEGAL SPECIALIST Si offre : contratto a tempo indeterminato, RAL di riferimento ******€ in base all'esperienza maturata. Sede di lavoro: Borgo Ticino Orario di lavoro: full time Di cosa ti occuperai? Sarai inserito nell'ufficio legale a diretto riporto del CFO, non sono presenti altre risorse ma collaborerai con studi esterni di consulenza. Nello specifico, ti occuperai di: contrattualistica (stesura, revisione, archivio); supporto legale a tutti gli enti aziendali (corrispondenza, non conformità di prodotto, trattativa col cliente, ecc.); proprietà intellettuale (contatti con studio specializzato in brevetti per depositi, gestione scadenze, rinnovi, anteriorità, archivio); assicurazioni (contatti col broker, gestione scadenze, sinistri, questionari di rinnovo, archivio); gestione documenti relativi alla struttura e infrastruttura aziendale (piantine, agibilità, conformità impianti, aua, ecc.); gestione rifiuti (compilazione registro carico e scarico formulari); whistleblowing; gestione sicurezza (contatti con RSPP, DVR, formazione obbligatoria, antincendio); dogana (criteri per origine delle merci e preferenzialità, codici doganali, aggiornamento dati nel gestionale e archivio); privacy (gestione GDPR, redazione incarichi, archivio). Quali requisiti stiamo cercando? Laurea in Giurisprudenza; inglese fluente (leggere e scrivere contratti); uso del pacchetto Office; preferibile esperienza di 3/5 anni in ufficio legale aziendale.
