OverviewRole:Group Financial ControllerLocation:Fully remote (EMEA timezone)Start date:ASAPLanguage:Fluent EnglishIndustry:Cloud Computing / AI / European Deep-Tech SaaSAbout The CompanyPragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a European deep-tech company building asovereign, energy-efficient cloud platformfor modern AI and high-performance workloads.The company operates adistributed, automated infrastructureand is scaling rapidly in amulti-entity, international environment.Building anAI-native finance organizationis a strategic priority.About The RoleReporting directly to the CFO, theGroup Financial Controllerwill owngroup accounting, reporting, consolidation and controlsacross multiple legal entities.This is asenior, hands-on rolefor a finance leader capable of structuring, scaling and automating finance operations in a deep-tech context.Strong, proven experience leveraging AI in accounting operations is mandatory.The role is not about maintaining legacy processes, but aboutdesigning an AI-first accounting function.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn monthly, quarterly and annual group close and consolidationDeliver accurate management accounts, board and investor reportingEnsure IFRS / local GAAP compliance across jurisdictionsDefine and enforce group accounting policies and internal controlsLead and optimize NetSuite ERP across the group (NetSuite is a must-have)Drive automation and AI adoption (reconciliations, anomaly detection, journal automation, close acceleration)Manage audits, statutory compliance and intercompany processesPartner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives and growthRequired Experience & Profile8–12+ years in accounting / financial controlStrong experience in multi-entity, international environmentsBackground in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure or deep-tech companiesNetSuite expert (+++)Mandatory hands-on experience implementing AI tools in accounting workflowsStrong IFRS / GAAP knowledge and consolidation expertiseQualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)Comfortable building finance infrastructure from the ground upWhat We OfferKey leadership role in a European AI & cloud deep-tech companyHigh autonomy and ownershipOpportunity to build a best-in-class, AI-native finance functionFully remote setup (EMEA) with limited travel ******%)#J-*****-Ljbffr
