About the position: The Used Car & Company Car Specialist is responsible for supporting the remarketing of used vehicles and managing the internal company car fleet.This role supports business partners to maximize residual values, ensuring smooth fleet operations, and delivering data-driven insights to improve performance, compliance, and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Used Car Activities:Support partners to maximize used car sales performance and residual values.Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure accurate vehicle appraisals, competitive pricing, and profitability.Manage and monitor online auction processes, ensuring timely vehicle listings, efficient stock turnover, and optimal sales outcomes.Track market trends and auction performance to recommend pricing and remarketing strategies.Company Car Management:Manage the day-to-day operations of the company vehicle fleet, including company cars assigned to employeesSchedule and oversee routine servicing, inspections, and emergency repairs; maintain detailed maintenance records.Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain accurate fleet records.Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding company car-related matters.Reporting & AnalysisTrack KPIs such as stock days, residual values, auction performance, and fleet utilization and operation costs.Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance reviews.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline used car remarketing and fleet management processesSupport digitalization and adoption of best practices.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, transparency, and cost optimization.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in automotive remarketing, fleet management, or similar roles.Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and auction/fleet management systems.Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and writtenDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.OMODA MotorsOMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company.OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group.Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.Chery MotorsSince founded, Chery has always taken adhering to technology-driven strategy, creating a vehicle brand with international competitiveness and influence as its corporate vision.Relying on the constant pursuit of technological innovation, Chery has become the first passenger vehicle enterprise in China to master the core technology of engine, gearbox, chassis, platform and new energy, and the first one in China to export vehicle, CKD parts, engine and vehicle manufacturing technology and equipment to overseas market.Chery has always focused on developing domestic and international markets.Chery has continuously deepened its globalization through the implementation of product strategy, localization strategy and talent strategy.After more than 20 years of development, Chery's sales and services network covers more than 80 countries and regions and has won the trust of 11 million consumers worldwide.Please send your CV in English.Please check the link for privacy notice:
