**Please send your resume in English.Applications with a cover letter will be prioritized in the selection process.**JOB SUMMARYWe are looking forward to having a new marketer join our team.Our goal is to find someone who is curious, willing to get involved and learn while integrating into the dynamics of our niche B2B industry; a new member for our team who can support us with his/her communication and organizational skills.The right person is what we are looking for, and we are willing to provide the necessary training in all areas of marketing that are part of our work.A Marketing Specialist is the primary marketing project manager for their assigned product lines and brands, in addition to other responsibilities.You work closely with the Marketing Supervisor, Vice President of Marketing, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to create marketing deliverables.You will strategize, plan, schedule, and implement activities to develop all marketing deliverables across a wide variety of channels including printed literature, catalogs, websites, articles, newsletters, direct mail, exhibitions, sales support and more.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage a large workload with overlapping timelines for a variety of stakeholdersProject management: Plan, develop, schedule, and implement activities to create marketing deliverables across a wide variety of channelsPrioritize, balance and manage a diverse workload with overlapping timelines to ensure work is completed, often multi-tasking throughout the dayWork independently and with other departments in planning and executing internal and external communicationsFrequent contact with Sales team and customers regarding a variety of customer support needsWork with stakeholders to arrange vendor services for printing, ad placement, and other services to ensure that marketing deliverables are cost effective and within budgetPlan meetings, presentations, special events, and participate and represent marketing in these activitiesParticipate in cross-department and organizational teams as assignedResearch and stay current on all marketing topics, channels and trends to compile market research for new product development and market campaignsPerform frequent audits for assigned product linesEnsure new products, features and specifications are current and effectively communicated across all channels of customer contactMeasure effectiveness of activities and presents findings to stakeholders throughout the yearMonitor exhibition schedule and plan with other stakeholders to ensure assigned product lines are represented in application-specific methods at all showsAbility to work independently and in groups.Ability to manage external resources for own projects (suppliers graphics, printing, trade shows, etc.).QUALIFICATIONSEducation and ExperienceUniversity degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field1-3+ years of professional experience in the marketing fieldBasic communication skills in English with ability to expandAbility to quickly learn industrial marketing for a niche industryAdditional Distinguished SkillsCopywriting or graphic design skillsVideo/photo production and post productionAbility to speak multiple language and mastery of English languageWebsite, SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media knowledgePLACE OF WORKDini ArgeoVia della Fisica, 20, ***** Fiorano Modenese MO, Italy
