Su Bravo Con oltre 15 anni di esperienza nella gestione e ristrutturazione del debito, presenza in più di 5 Paesi e un team di oltre ***** professionisti, sviluppiamo soluzioni tecnologiche che ottimizzano l'esperienza dei nostri utenti e clienti.Operiamo con un approccio di innovazione continua e una cultura orientata alle alte prestazioni.Descrizione del ruoloStiamo cercando il nostro prossimoProduct Manager, che guidi iniziative strategiche e ad alto impatto, garantendo l'allineamento tra business, utente e tecnologia.Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team di ingegneria, product design, area commerciale, direttori e country manager, fungendo da punto di raccordo tra la visione del prodotto e l'esecuzione tecnica.Responsabilità principaliDefinire e prioritizzare la roadmap di prodotto con focus su utente e operatività.Gestire requisiti e coordinare deliverable con i team di ingegneria e design.Analizzare metriche, performance e opportunità di miglioramento continuo.Allineare aspettative con stakeholder senior e leadership regionale.Nota: questo non è un ruolo di design né di UI.RequisitiOltre 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di prodotto.Esperienza nel lavorare con stakeholder senior, direttori e country manager.Solida base in analisi, operazioni di prodotto e lavoro cross-functional.Capacità di operare in contesti dinamici, con visione strategica e forte orientamento all'esecuzione.Inglese professionale e disponibilità a lavorare prevalentemente in presenza.Valutata positivamente esperienza in startup o scale-up.Conoscenza di SQL.Proattività: non è un ruolo junior, quindi ci aspettiamo contributo, dinamismo e ownership, oltre la semplice volontà di imparare.Spagnolo avanzatoOffertaOpportunità di far parte di un progetto ad alto impatto in piena espansione internazionale.Cultura collaborativa, orientata ai risultati e basata sull'innovazione.Pacchetto competitivo e reali possibilità di crescita professionale.Sarai l'owner della roadmap per Spagna / Italia.#J-*****-Ljbffr
