Who We Are At Holifya , we are on a mission to revolutionize digital healthcare.As a next-generation digital healthcare clinic, we combine cutting-edge technology with personalized care to make health services accessible, efficient, and empowering for everyone.With ambitious goals and a commitment to innovation, we're building the future of healthcare - and we need brilliant minds like you to join us.Who You'll BeYou are the content engine of Holifya.Every video on our social channels.Every ad we run on Meta, Google, TikTok.Every product video in our app.Every webinar we host.Every educational asset we publish.You create it, produce it, host it, and ship it.This is not a single-channel role.This is not /"social media management./"This is end-to-end content ownership, from idea to distribution to iteration.We're looking for someone who thrives in chaos, ships fast, and walks the extra mile—someone who's not only a skilled creator, but also brings ownership, startup mindset, and the creative agility to become one of the faces of the brand.What You'll DoAs a Social Media Strategist & Content Creator , you will own the entire content functionand shape how Holifya communicates with the world.Here's what your day-to-day will look like:Social Media Content:Create high-quality content every week across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube;Be on camera and become one of the faces of the brand;Produce educational, trust-building, community-driven content with fast execution and a strong point of view.Paid Ads & Performance Content:Create content for Meta, Google, TikTok ads;Produce multiple variants for A/B testing;• Work closely with Growth/Marketing to iterate based on performance;UGC-style ads, talking-head ads, community-driven creatives.Product & Brand Content:Explainer videos for app and website;Onboarding videos for new patients;Testimonials and case studies;Brand and partnership videos.Webinars & Live Content:Plan, organise, and host educational webinars;Coordinate with medical and clinical team;Manage live Q&A and community events;Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short clips.Content Operations:Build systems so content scales;Create templates, workflows, asset libraries;Brief and coordinate freelancers or creators when needed;Document what works so we can repeat it.Who We're Looking ForTo excel in this role:Must Have:2–3+ years of hands-on experience in a startup, scale-up, or agency;A portfolio of content you've personally created across multiple formats;Comfortable on camera—natural, confident, credible;Understanding of performance marketing and why content converts;Strong writing skills: hooks, scripts, ads, emails, landing pages;A strong bias toward execution;Fluent in Italian and English;Based in Milan or willing to relocate.Nice to Have:Background in healthcare, life sciences, biomedical, medicine, psychology, nutrition, or adjacent fields;Experience in digital health / healthtech / medtech;Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Sora, generative video, automation tools) to speed up production;Video editing skills (fast, pragmatic, not perfectionist).What We Offer8€ meal voucher per day;€27,*********,****** as fixed compensation;Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model.Hiring ProcessWe believe in keeping things clear, fast, and human.Here's what you can expect:CV Screening- We review your experience and portfolio links (if any);90-second video –A quick video introduction to assess your on-camera presence and communication style;Intro Call– A first chat with our Hiring Manager to get to know each other and assess cultural fit.Business Case– A creative task to evaluate your visual and content thinking.Final Interview– A conversation with our founders: the CPO and the CEO, to discuss on business case, vision and mindset.Diversity and Inclusion at HolifyaAt Holifya, we believe that innovation thrives in a diverse and inclusive environment.We are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone—regardless of background, identity, or perspective—feels empowered to contribute, grow, and succeed.We celebrate differences and are dedicated to creating a safe space where diversity is respected, and inclusion is second nature.Holifya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we actively seek to build a team that reflects the rich variety of the communities we serve.
