Salesforce Business Analyst | Italy | Remote + Occasional On-Site Visits – 12-Month Contract + ExtensionsShape the Future of a Global Manufacturing Salesforce TransformationAre you an experiencedSalesforce Business Analystwith a background in manufacturing environments? Our client, a leading global consultancy, is embarking on a large-scale Salesforce transformation for a major manufacturing organisation and is seeking a skilled BA to drive requirements, process optimisation, and solution alignment across multiple business units.Key Responsibilities:Speak with Business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate Salesforce requirementsTranslate complex business processes into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specificationsSupport multi-cloud Salesforce initiatives (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)Partner closely with Admins, Developers, and Architects to ensure requirements are accurately implementedDocument process flows, data mappings, and system interactions across manufacturing workstreamsProvide ongoing support during testing, deployment, and post-go-live phasesVisit the client on-site periodically depending on project needs (approximately once every few weeks)What We're Looking For:3+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant experienceStrong experience working withmanufacturing clients or manufacturing processesProven ability to run workshops, translate business needs, and shape scalable Salesforce solutionsSolid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and data/process governanceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsItalian and EnglishBased in Italy (remote role with occasional travel)What's on Offer:12-month contractwith high potential for extensionRemote-first working model with occasional on-site presenceOpportunity to support a high-impact, enterprise manufacturing transformationCompetitive daily rateASAP startIf you're ready to bring your Salesforce and manufacturing expertise to a major transformation initiative, send your CV to
