Italian Speaking Email Support Specialist -Remote in Greece
Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an Italian Speaking Email Support Specialist. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a customer-centric environment and are skilled in providing assistance through email communication. As an Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and resolving issues for Italian-speaking clients effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email in Italian, providing clear and accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order-related questions, account issues, and general support needs.
Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions or elevate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document all email interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and future reference.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and continuity.
Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to support processes.
Stay informed about the latest product updates and company policies to deliver accurate information to clients.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in email support or customer service roles is highly desirable.
Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and email management tools is a plus.
Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
