Project Engineer Manager

In addition, a series of strategic partnerships, signed on virtually every continent, support the company in carrying out multidisciplinary engineering, service management, inspection and expediting, recruitment and hiring of local staff.that will ensure that activities related to the discipline of machinery and package engineering within the assigned project are performed efficiently and cost-effectively, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety/environmental requirements.Engineering Activity Coordination experience in the field of water and wastewater process technologies • Develop the project document list together with the Project Manager at project start-up• Ensure proper coordination among the various engineering disciplines involved (both internal and outsourced), preventing inconsistencies between documents• Participate in and lead technical meetings with the Customer, involving time by time thenecessary project specialists• Guarantee the proper knowledge and application of the project requirements among theengineering team.Planning and assurance• Develop detailed engineering project plans, including, as necessary, milestones, timelines,resource allocation, and budgeting, in accordance with the general project schedule developed bythe Project Manager.• Ensuring that the engineering activities (preparation, submission, revision of engineeringdeliverables and tasks) are carried out according to schedule.• Monitor and report on the progress and possible deviations of the project.Budget and Resource Management• Drawing up and monitoring project budgets (internal manhours and outsourced engineeringservices).• Ensuring the efficient use of engineering competencies and capacities, periodically re-checkingthe suitability of the project-assigned resources and escalating to Disc. Leaders and HoE in caseof resources-related criticalities.Change Management• Support Project Manager in managing contract changes towards Customer, highlighting anypotential change opportunity and taking care of the engineering impacts estimation.Quality and Risk Management• Analyze and solve technical and organizational problems that arise during project implementation.• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality standards and procedures within engineering projects.• Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to manage or mitigate them.• Conducting audits and quality checks to ensure that projects meet the required specifications.General• Encourage a positive work culture, promote collaboration, communication and a problem-solvingapproach within the team.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technical and/or Project Management, or a relatedfield. At least 5 years of experience in an engineering environment,• Proven track record in a technical position.Courses• Team management.Skills:• Experience with budget management and cost control.• Knowledge of current engineering techniques within the realization of a project.• Relevant experience in management.• Knowledge of relevant laws, standards and regulations.Language:• English, professional level in word and writing.Software:• Microsoft Office.• ERP system.• Engineering design & review software.• Working active in a common data environmentCompetences• Organize and plan.• Excellent communication skills, both verbaland written.• Decisive• Proactive• Result-orientedexperience in the field of water, wastewater process technologies
