Overview
As Regional Public Affairs Manager, you serve as Sanofi's strategic representative in Italian regional healthcare, shaping and executing public affairs aligned with the national plan to advance policy priorities and enhance reputation. You will navigate Italy's regionalized system, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and drive policy advocacy that supports patient access to innovation. This role offers the chance to influence regional health governance and collaborate across functions in a mission-driven, science-focused company.

Responsabilità
- Policy analysis of regional legislation, reimbursement, and regulatory developments
- Stakeholder engagement with health authorities, local government, providers, patient groups, and associations such as FIMP, FIMG and FederFarma
- Strategic advocacy identifying opportunities and crafting tailored approaches for regional decision-makers
- Cross-functional leadership with clinical, medical, market access, marketing, and commercial teams to align public affairs with business goals
- Crisis management and strategic counsel to protect Sanofi's reputation during public affairs challenges
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in healthcare sector (pharma or public affairs consultancy)
- Strong network-building and stakeholder management abilities
- Track record in planning and delivering multistakeholder projects
- Political acumen and deep knowledge of the regional environment
- Ability to segment decision-makers and engage diverse stakeholders
