Overview
As part of the Corporate Transaction and Advisory team, you will advise world-leading clients on public and private M&A and private equity deals, including cross-border and complex transactions. You collaborate across a global, multidisciplinary group to deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal input. You will develop transactional and drafting skills while managing multiple work-streams, with clear progression opportunities in a supportive, inclusive culture.
Responsabilità
- Handle a variety of M&A and Private Equity transactions with cross-border elements
- Collaborate with clients and other lawyers to deliver high-quality, business-focused advice
- Develop transactional and organizational skills and superior technical abilities
- Lead deals and manage multiple work-streams within a deal team
- Contribute to a supportive, team-based working environment to drive successful outcomes
Requisiti fondamentali
- Associate (qualified up to 2025) with experience in M&A and Private Equity
- Experience at top-tier international law firm or Italian structured law firm
- Strong academic background
- Team player with excellent communication, analytical and drafting skills
- High level of commercial awareness; able to lead deals while managing multiple work-streams
- Experience in transactions with listed companies is highly regarded
