PTC Codebeamer

Overview

In this role, you lead ALM transformation and process consulting using PTC Codebeamer. You'll run workshops with stakeholders to map current and future-state processes and define governance, templates, and workflows. You will configure Codebeamer to support requirements, change, risk, defect, and test management, ensuring end-to-end traceability. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize processes across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory functions. Your work helps clients realise scalable, compliant ALM solutions that drive faster delivery and quality.

Responsabilità

• Lead ALM transformation initiatives using PTC Codebeamer
• Conduct workshops to map current and future-state processes
• Configure Codebeamer with requirements, change, risk, defect, and test management
• Establish end-to-end traceability across requirements, design, testing, defects, and releases
• Provide best-practice recommendations for Agile, Hybrid, and V-Model development
• Support process harmonization across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory functions
• Create functional specs, process docs, training materials, and user guides
• Facilitate UAT and business sign-off
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with PLM, ERP, and DevOps
• Mentor users and project teams on ALM process adoption
• Support governance reviews and executive presentations
• Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project

Requisiti fondamentali

• 15+ years in ALM, product development, and process consulting
• Experience leading ALM transformation initiatives using Codebeamer
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Experience configuring ALM tools to support multiple management domains
• Familiarity with traceability across lifecycle artifacts
