Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent For Vinted position in Greece. This role within the customer support services industry offers the perfect blend of career advancement and the chance to live in one of Europe's most vibrant destinations while supporting one of the world's leading fashion marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to Vinted users via email, chat, and phone channels
Ensure excellence in the customer support services industry by resolving user inquiries regarding transactions, shipping, and account management
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful tone in all communications with the Italian-speaking market
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure platform safety and consistent user satisfaction
Stay updated on service policies to provide accurate and efficient guidance to customers
Manage user issues with precision, contributing to the overall positive reputation of the client brand
Participate in regular team briefings to align on service quality goals and performance KPIs
Requirements
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
Proficiency in English (working language)
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer support services
Ability to navigate digital platforms and multitask effectively
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is considered an advantage for these Italian-speaking jobs
