Air Base in Aviano, overseeing the execution of key infrastructure projects.What you'll doLead and coordinate all on-site construction activities.Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress control.Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and timelines.Act as the main point of contact with the client and project stakeholders.Review and approve change orders, budgets, and technical documentation.Monitor project costs, subcontractor payments, and invoicing.Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulations.What we're looking forDegree in Engineering , Architecture or Construction Technician (Geometra)Proven experience as aConstruction Managerin infrastructure or industrial projects.Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.Fluency inEnglish and Italian(spoken and written).Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and Auto CAD.What we offerCompetitive and negotiable salary package.Full-time position.Immediate start.Opportunity to work in an international environment with a dynamic, collaborative team.If you are a proactive professional seeking to grow within an international environment and contribute to major infrastructure projects —
