Overview

In this role you drive growth for De'Longhi's Coffee portfolio by translating shopper insights into innovative in-store activations and shelf-level excellence. You bridge ideation and execution, aligning global teams to deliver category growth and strengthen market leadership. You analyze market trends and consumer needs to shape a compelling product vision and balanced portfolio. You lead cross-functional efforts to launch, optimize, and measure impact across channels, with a focus on premium branding and shopper experience.

Responsabilità

  • Translate shopper insights into a product innovation roadmap and portfolio strategy.
  • Define breakthrough concepts that align with the brand promise and manage a balanced product portfolio across life cycles.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Data Engine, and Sales to implement global launch plans, develop planograms, and ensure impactful POS for in-store and online execution.
  • Monitor sales, profitability, market growth and competitive activity using internal data and external sources (e.g., GfK, Nielsen) to inform strategy and interventions.

Requisiti fondamentali

  • 7+ years in Product Marketing, Category Management, or Trade Marketing with a track record in downstream marketing and in-store execution.
  • Expert in shopper-centric strategy and category growth management; able to translate insights into merchandising plans.
  • Proven experience in developing concepts and leading shelf-level executions and planograms.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills for cross-functional alignment on downstream priorities.
  • High analytical thinking, business planning, and financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, data interpretation).
  • Fluency in English for collaboration with core teams and markets.
  • Consumer obsession with creative in-store innovation and cyber security awareness.
