Role Description
For a major capital project at the manufacturing site of a leading global pharmaceutical company, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the installation of a new electrical substation.

The role requires a strong electrical engineering background, proven construction management expertise, and direct experience delivering projects within operational pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and supervise on-site electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved engineering documentation, and HSE requirements.

Manage electrical contractors and subcontractors, overseeing execution quality, construction progress, and schedule adherence.

Coordinate the installation of electrical substation equipment and associated power distribution infrastructure.

Manage construction interfaces across engineering, site operations, contractors, and commissioning teams.

Oversee site inspections, quality control activities, and resolution of technical issues arising during construction.

Support construction completion, system handover, and commissioning readiness.

Profile:

Experience in electrical construction management within the pharmaceutical industry .

Track record in the installation or upgrade of industrial electrical substations and power distribution systems.

Technical knowledge of MV/LV electrical infrastructure, switchgear, transformers, and associated electrical installations.

Ability to manage multiple contractors and coordinate construction activities in complex, highly regulated manufacturing environments.

Understanding of construction safety, quality assurance, and site execution requirements.

Fluent Italian is mandatory, as the role requires daily coordination with local contractors, site personnel, and technical stakeholders.

P.IVA is preferred
