For our ongoing and upcoming projects in Germany, Italy, and beyond, we're looking for a Project / Construction Manager who can reliably drive our building and renovation projects from planning to handover.ResponsibilitiesLead the technical and construction delivery of our hotel projectsCoordinate architects, engineers, specialist planners, authorities, and contractorsManage timelines, quality, and budgets across all project phasesPrepare and support tender processes; review and evaluate proposalsConduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and manage risksWork closely with our internal development and design teamsProfileDegree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in project or construction managementStrong understanding of construction processes, trades, and technical detailsStructured, clear communicator with high standards for qualityLanguages: English and Italian required, German a plusWillingness to travel within EuropeWhat we offerA chance to shape unique hospitality projects in inspiring locationsClose collaboration with a small, ambitious teamHigh autonomy and fast decision-makingGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding hospitality group
