Overview
In this role, you will contribute to multi-disciplinary data science projects for global clients, delivering scalable analytics and AI-driven insights. You'll collaborate with client teams and internal experts to translate data into actionable recommendations and outcomes. The position emphasizes continuous learning, ethical and responsible AI, and working within a diverse, high-performance culture. You will gain exposure to various industries while advancing your technical and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilità
- Develop and deliver data science solutions and models for real-world business problems
- Collaborate with client teams and internal experts to present findings and drive adoption
- Build large-scale analytics and data products that are secure and scalable
- Apply best practices in data science and responsible AI; stay updated with latest tools
- Contribute to proprietary tools and methodologies and share learnings across teams
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with client goals
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in programming or data science
- Proficiency in Python (must)
- Experience with R, SQL, or Spark (valued)
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hadoop (plus)
- Familiarity with LLM tech-stack (Langchain, llamaindex) (plus)
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (nice-to-have)
- Strong verbal and written communication in Italian; fluent English; additional languages a plus
