Job DescriptionConstance Moofushi, a luxurious island resort in the Maldives, is seeking a friendly and efficient F&, B Attendant to join our exceptional team. As an F&, B Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our discerning guests in our restaurants, bars, and other food service areas.

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all dining areas
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining spaces for various events
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed Qualifications - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanour
Strong communication abilities in English, additional languages are advantageous
Basic maths skills for handling financial transactions
Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Team player with a positive attitude
Keen attention to detail
Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in luxury hospitality
High school diploma or equivalent
Food safety certification (desirable)
Knowledge of international cuisines and beverages (preferred)
Understanding of dietary requirements and common food allergies
Willingness to work in a remote island resort setting
