We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.About The RoleRole OverviewOur Account Management team oversees our restaurant business brand relationships. As Deliveroo grows, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing the best support, we are restaurant consultants who use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to lead our partner restaurants\' growth. The AM is focused on the relationship with the network on the Italian market, working with other internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands. The Account Manager team is a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and are great at building relationships.This role is based in Naples and will report to the Regional Manager of the region.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting relationships with the networkMonitor and analyse performance, share with partners and identify opportunities area to improve metrics and partners' satisfactionsNegotiate contract terms and conditions according to company goals and partners mix to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and CVP (consumer value proposition)Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials and loyalty impacting positively both absolute metrics and relatives such as market shareControl perimeter P&L identifying opportunities and risksQualificationsAt least 2 years experience in account management or salesP&L knowledge and negotiation skillsExperience creating long-term relationshipsDemonstrate experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practiceExperience in Horeca/restaurants/food Market would be a plusFluency in English would be a plus
