Overview

In this role you will build a reliable packaging-compliance data and reporting capability. You will transform raw data from SAP/BI, Excel, suppliers, and manufacturers into repeatable, compliant outputs with clear source-traceability. You'll adapt data models for new jurisdictions and future requirements while ensuring quality controls. You work with cross-functional teams to support regulatory readiness and drive data-driven improvements in packaging programs. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position with a clear focus on governance and analytics.

Responsabilità

  • Extract and reconcile packaging data from SAP/BI, Excel, contract manufacturers, suppliers, and other systems.
  • Create repeatable datasets and reporting workflows combining product, material, supplier, market, and packaging-component data.
  • Prepare Declarations of Conformity and regulatory reports (e.g., EPR) with related analyses.
  • Track new packaging regulations and translate obligations into data requirements for models and templates.
  • Perform quality checks and coordinate corrections with Packaging Engineering, Operations, Procurement, IT, and external partners.
  • Maintain version control, audit trails, and supporting evidence to ensure outputs are reproducible and defensible.
  • Develop dashboards to monitor completeness, deadlines, risks, and trends in packaging weights and reduction opportunities.
  • Standardize templates and automate recurring work where possible without sacrificing control.

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics or related field.
  • 4+ years of data analysis, BI, reporting or master-data experience in manufacturing, supply chain, product or compliance.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, pivot tables, lookups, cleansing, structured models).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tool; ability to work with SAP-derived data and large, imperfect datasets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data transformation; experience with automation tools for consolidating data and quality checks.
