The company is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, and employs more than 5,500 people worldwide.PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accounting operations in all day-to-day activities and support Finance ManagerDay-to-day finance activitiesGeneral administrative tasks: contact with Bank, customers, suppliers and all departmentsPrepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reportingReconcile bank statements, intercompany statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracySupport Finance Manager with month, quarter, year-end closingMonitoring and planning cash flow requirementsControlling AR / AP / General LedgerAnalysis of the budget versus actual resultsMaintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, banks and other finance related partiesSupport financial Manager in day-to-day operationsReplacing Finance Manager in case of absenceAccounting / Economics / Professional qualification~5 years experience Senior Accountant or Finance Manager~ Knowledge of different accounting software (Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion, Qlik, etc )~ Knowledge of business languages: English (mandatory)
