The candidate will be in charge of managing the procurement activities, interacting directly with Suppliers and internal Customers.



Key Responsibilities

Manage the assigned supplier portfolio and act as main Procurement contact for supplier related topics. Manage RFQs and negotiations with suppliers, in coordination with Commodity Management and internal stakeholders. Place and manage purchase orders, including supplier commitments and order acknowledgements. Monitor supplier delivery and quality performance, with focus on OTD, overdue and recovery actions. Identify and manage supply risks related to capacity, financial health, obsolescence, export control and supplier commitments.

Negotiate commercial conditions and support PPV, savings and cost reduction targets, including LTA/MTA negotiations. Support sourcing and costing activities for bids and NPI, including sourcing strategy and NDA/contractual coverage. Ensure supplier compliance with technical, configuration and contractual requirements.

Ensure the accuracy and quality of data relating to the assigned scope within ERP and other relevant information systems. Work with Planning, Quality, Engineering and other functions to anticipate supply issues, support recovery plans and avoid line stop situations. Key Targets / Metrics: KPIs (OTD, Overdue, PPV, LTAs coverage, POs Management) Contribute to the Purchasing Department continuous improvement plan.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix organization.

Strong team working and relationship-building skills. Clear and concise written and verbal communication. Good knowledge of SAP and Excel. Flexibility to travel within Italy and abroad Job Requirements Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Purchasing, Business or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Purchasing, with proven experience managing high-mix, low-volume portfolios. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a structured approach. Willingness to share experience and best practices supporting the maturity and development of the organization.
