Overview
In this Senior Tax Consultant role, you will support clients and the firm by addressing complex Italian and international tax issues. You join a dedicated Tax Team within KPMG Studio Associato, contributing to advisory, due diligence, and compliance work that shapes client outcomes. You will analyze domestic and cross-border taxation, evaluate extraordinary transactions, and provide ongoing guidance to companies. This position offers exposure to a multinational, ESG-minded firm with opportunities for professional growth and a clear path toward chartered practice.

Responsabilità
- Analyze domestic direct and indirect taxation and provide ongoing advisory support to companies
- Offer opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.)
- Assess taxation implications of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions)
- Perform tax due diligence
- Handle tax compliance activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of experience as a Junior or Senior tax specialist in a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm
- Master's degree in business or law
- Intention to pursue professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer
- Excellent English proficiency
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational, initiative, and problem-solving abilities
