At hlpy, we're building much more than a roadside assistance company. We're building the technology platform that is changing how mobility services are delivered across Europe.
Founded in 2020, hlpy connects insurers, fleets, rental and leasing companies and OEMs with a network of service providers, and makes the whole experience digital for the end customer. Every month, our platform orchestrates tens of thousands of real-world operations: roadside assistance, towing, replacement vehicles, repairs and vehicle deliveries, in Italy, France, Spain and Germany.
Our goal is clear: when someone needs help on the road, getting it should be fast, simple and fully transparent. Behind every request there's a driver who needs to get moving again, and a client who trusts us to deliver on our promise. Making that happen, at scale and in real time, is what we do every day.
Behind our technology there are people. We're a young, international team where ideas are heard regardless of title, colleagues help each other out on busy days, and every voice helps shape how we work. We value curiosity, ownership and a good dose of empathy, both with our customers and with each other.
What you'll do
Dispatch the appropriate service (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles, etc.)
Keep an eye on our digital support flow and step in when a human touch makes the difference
Solve cases via chat and phone, working hand in hand with our network of service providers
Share ideas to improve how we work: your input really counts here.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to team leaders when required
What we're looking for
Mother-tongue French and Italian speaker with a good level of English
Experience using digital tools and platforms, such as CRM systems
Availability for 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends (roadside assistance never stops)
Experience in customer service or operations is a plus, but attitude matters just as much
Empathy, calm under pressure, problem-solving and a true team spirit
available for part time or full time
A fast-growing scale-up changing a traditional industry
An international, multicultural team across four countries
Flexible work: hybrid (3 days a week in the office) if you're based in Milan or its province, fully remote if you live elsewhere in Italy
Real impact from day one and room to grow as we expand
