As Head of Growth, here's what you'll do:Develop, implement, and monitor a full-funnel marketing and growth strategy, and the related campaigns in different channels online and offline (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tik Tok & You Tube)Manage customer acquisition, finding and testing new acquisition channels, both online and offlineWork closely with Product to iterate and optimise the user flow on the platform, improving conversion rates throughout the funnel and running A/B testsHave an entrepreneurial and data-driven mindsetFluency in English is a strong plusHybrid work.
