Overview
In this role you will oversee the financial and commercial performance of projects from pre-contract through close. You collaborate with Senior Project Managers to ensure accurate margin recognition, forecasting, and reporting. You drive cost control, risk assessment, and cash flow management to protect project profitability. This position offers the chance to shape project financials and support tender activities within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Responsabilità
- Own economic and financial issues for projects from pre-contract to close
- Monitor costs to safeguard project margin and schedule alignment
- Conduct workload analysis to identify deviations and assist recovery actions
- Coordinate with project team to ensure consistent accounting and reporting (forecast and budget)
- Track invoice milestones and progress payments
- Prepare and monitor monthly project cash flow
- Manage financial implications of changes, delays, and claims during execution
- Support risk evaluation and associated accounting
- Implement controlling tools within the reporting unit
- Report to company management
- Support Tender department during offer preparation
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Proactive, communicative, cooperative and organized
- Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
