Inside, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences, boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases, and intricate details such as terrazzo floors, silk-covered walls, and Murano glass chandeliers, making it one of Europe's premier hotels for art exhibitions.Serenity permeates the hotel's Longevity Spa, which features a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, jogging paths, a pitch & putt golf course, and a fully equipped kids' club – ensuring an unforgettable stay.The hotel's proximity to St. Mark's Square, its exceptional culinary offerings featuring a rich variety of Italian cuisine, and its unique combination of event spaces invite guests to create truly memorable experiences.Role DescriptionAs HR Supervisor , you'll support the Human Resources function by ensuring the smooth daily operation of all HR activities and compliance with company policies and Italian labor law. You'll play a key role in fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture, assisting the HR Manager in all administrative and operational matters related to employees and their experience at San Clemente Palace Venice.Your main responsibilities will include:Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for all hotel departmentsCoordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and assisting with performance management activitiesPreparing HR reports, maintaining personnel files, and updating HR databasesEnsuring compliance with labor regulations, internal procedures, and brand standardsAssisting with payroll preparation and time & attendance trackingPromoting employee engagement through communication initiatives and internal eventsServing as a point of contact for staff inquiries with professionalism and confidentialitySupporting the HR Manager in implementing HR projects and strategic initiativesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in an HR support or supervisory role, ideally within luxury hospitalityStrong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administrative processesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to build trust and maintain confidentiality in a multicultural environmentPositive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for peopleFluent in Italian and English (other languages are an advantage)Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and HR software systemsWhat We OfferA key role within one of Europe's most prestigious luxury resortsOpportunity to work in a stunning historical property immersed in art, culture, and heritageCompetitive compensation and benefits packageProfessional growth and development opportunitiesAccommodation, meals, uniform, and other on-property benefitsA supportive and international team environment where excellence is celebratedApply NowReady to grow your HR career in Venice?Send your CV and cover letter to: recruitment@sanclementepalace.it
