Overview
Join Dentons Italy in Milan as an Associate in the Project, Energy and Infrastructure team. You will handle high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions across energy and infrastructure, with a 360-degree scope from project financing to due diligence. You'll be part of a rapidly growing, highly specialized team within the Banking and Finance department. The role offers training, international exposure, and opportunities to work on market-significant transactions. You'll contribute to shaping complex deals and client solutions in a global context.

Responsabilità
- Work on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in energy and infrastructure
- Cover a 360-degree remit: project financing, M&A, project development, contracts, and due diligence
- Assist in legal due diligence on energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad
- Collaborate with a highly specialized, cross-functional team on market-significant matters
Requisiti fondamentali
- Italian law degree with 105/110 minimum and current license to practice in Italy
- Newly qualified to 3 years PQE in Project, Energy & Infrastructure at a comparable firm
- High level of English (C1); other languages are a plus
- Vocation for the legal profession, strong negotiation and communication skills
