Translate service and process needs into clear functional and technical solution requirements

Own and coordinate strategic initiatives related to Salesforce and connected service systems

Support process mapping and performance measurement, aligning on metrics and working with service teams

Drive Salesforce capabilities with Service, IT and external partners, including flows and automations

Coordinate integrations, data flows and dependencies across the service system landscape

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with future service processes and architecture

Identify and solve opportunities for improvement within the organization

Manage priorities, dependencies, implementation progress and key stakeholders across assigned initiatives

Your Responsabilities

Translate service and process needs into clear functional and technical solution requirements

Own and coordinate strategic initiatives related to Salesforce and connected service systems

Support process mapping and performance measurement, aligning on metrics and working with service teams

Drive Salesforce capabilities with Service, IT and external partners, including flows and automations

Coordinate integrations, data flows and dependencies across the service system landscape

Your Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or similar

Previous professional experience with enterprise applications, with focus on process improvement

Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data models, workflow automation and integrations capabilities

Experience with translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements

Good understanding of APIs, system interfaces and data flows in enterprise environments

High analytical skills, structured work ethic and good communication skills

Very strong prioritization and organizational skills as well as managing multiple projects in parallel

Excellent communication skills in English, Italian and German is a plus

Total compensation starting from € 52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
