The company develops and operates wind, solar, energy storage and power-to-X projects across Europe and is now growing its presence in the Italian market.This role offers the opportunity to take a leading position in the technical development of renewable energy projects in Italy — working within a collaborative, fast-growing environment that combines local knowledge with strong international expertise.What Makes This Role Stand OutAct as the main technical point of contact for renewable energy projects in ItalyInvolvement across the full lifecycle – from site screening and feasibility to ready-to-buildWork on both Wind and solar PV projects, with a strong focus on windCollaborate with internal competence centres across Europe and external consultantsJoin a small, entrepreneurial team where flexibility and initiative are valuedKey ResponsibilitiesSupport origination and development teams with site and constraints analysisPrepare and optimise project layouts and energy yield assessmentsCoordinate technical input from internal experts and external consultantsManage met campaigns and contribute to grid connection strategy and designManage GIS analyst and review geospatial data for project feasibilityProvide technical support through permitting and up to construction handoverEnsure compliance with technical, environmental and safety standardsContribute to general project management activities within a small teamWho We Are Looking ForMinimum 5 years' experience in renewable energy project engineering (wind and/or solar PV)Background in mechanical, electrical or renewable energy engineeringProven experience across the project lifecycle from feasibility to ready-to-buildFamiliarity with layout design, yield analysis and grid connection processesComfortable coordinating consultants and working with internal technical centresExperience in small or medium-sized developers preferredHands-on, adaptable, and able to manage varied tasks in a small team environmentFluent in Italian and Good levels of English for international internal communicationsBased in Milan with limited travel within ItalyWe value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
