We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional to join a leading international manufacturing organization at its production plant in Pinerolo, Italy.

The successful candidate will support the development of a high-performing and motivated workforce by delivering excellent HR support, fostering a positive employee experience, and connecting local business needs with global HR strategies, standards, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee & Union Relations

  • Support employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and people-related matters.
  • Assist the HR Manager with union relations activities, including the preparation of reports and documentation, coordination of meetings with employee representatives and trade unions, and follow-up on local agreements and related initiatives.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive employee relations climate through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional HR experience.

Global HR Operations Coordination

  • Ensure the effective local implementation of global HR policies, standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Act as the primary local contact for global HR projects, process updates, organizational changes, and HR system implementations.
  • Support communication, change management, and employee adoption of new HR programs, systems, and digital tools.
  • Provide feedback and insights to global HR teams regarding local requirements, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

HR Administration & Payroll Support

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel administration.
  • Support monthly payroll activities by ensuring the accurate and timely collection and validation of employee data.
  • Administer employee benefits, welfare programs, supplementary pension schemes, and insurance programs.
  • Coordinate monthly documentation and interactions with external payroll providers and service partners.
  • Maintain personnel files and HR documentation in line with legal, audit, and organizational requirements.
  • Support recruitment administration, onboarding activities, employment documentation, and contractual processes.

Government Funding & Training Administration

  • Manage administrative activities required to obtain public funding, grants, and reimbursements related to training programs and workforce development initiatives.
  • Liaise with local authorities, training institutions, and external partners regarding funding opportunities and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training records, HR databases, reports, and related documentation.

Training & Compliance

  • Coordinate training planning, administration, delivery, and tracking activities across the plant.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation required for internal and external audits.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening HR processes, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to fostering a learning culture and continuous development mindset across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, employee benefits administration, and fundamental Italian labor law.
  • Experience supporting training administration and compliance activities.
