They make us renowned in a world where the codes of Parisian beauty are meticulously followed.Our stores are architectural temples where care and customisation services bring wonder and awe: embossing, calligraphy and engraving.Since 2021, Officine Universelle Buly has been a member of the LVMH group, casting the radiance of French beauty excellence across the globe through its extensive array of boutiques, particularly in France, Germany, Japan, and South Korea.Mission & Key Responsibilities Within the Retail department and under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, you will serve as Assistant Boutique Manager at Officine Universelle Buly. You will personify this vision of quintessential French beauty to a discerning and international clientele. the key responsibilities are:Team Management and Leadership - Support daily team management and step into the Boutique Manager's role in their absenceStaff training to enhance skills and ensure their professional developmentMaintain efficient functioning by planning schedules and providing solutions during unexpected situationsSales Performance - Showcase products to emphasize brand value and guarantee optimal customer experienceEnsure that customers receive excellent service following established sales processesConduct sales activities personally and oversee team performance within the boutiqueUtilize tools provided to retain customersOperational Management - Organize store layout while adhering to set schedulesManage cash operations, including opening/closing registers, handling cash/ cash drawer collectionMonitor stock levels and coordinate orders with the Boutique Manager (restocking and deliveries)Maintain pristine condition of sales areas through product display arrangement, cleanliness, maintenance, etc.Candidate Profile SoughtDynamic, cheerful dispositionA previous sales experience in the luxury retail is preferredStrong verbal skills with an aptitude for communication and observationCurious and interested in beauty, products, and the Buly 1803 MaisonEnjoys cultivating a special relationship with our clientsFluent in English required, additional languages are a plus Inclusion of diversity is a strength within our dispensaries; we are convinced that diversity equates to performance.
