We are seeking a highly creative, design-driven individual to lead interior design, buying and sourcing across our brand universe.This role sits at the intersection of interiors, product, objects and atmosphere — shaping spaces and details with a strong sense of place, materiality and craftsmanship. You will be deeply involved from concept to execution, working closely with founders and key teams to bring environments and products to life.You will play a central role in designing and curating interiors while sourcing furniture, lighting, materials, finishes and objects that reflect our aesthetic, values and standards.Your work will span:Interior design and spatial conceptsFurniture, lighting and object sourcingCustom design and special commissionsBuying, pricing and supplier managementKey Responsibilities:Develop interior concepts, mood boards and material palettesDesign or co-design furniture, lighting, textiles and bespoke elementsSource antiques, contemporary pieces and custom-made itemsIdentify and manage artisans, workshops and manufacturersLead buying processes: budgets, pricing, margins and negotiationsOversee sampling, prototyping and custom productionEnsure quality, consistency and delivery timelinesMaintain strong relationships with craftspeople and suppliers across Europe and beyondEnsure interiors and objects align with brand identity, sustainability values and craftsmanship ethosWho You Are:Strong interior design sensibility with an exceptional eye for detailDeep understanding of materials, finishes, proportion and atmosphereExperience in interiors, hospitality, luxury retail or residential designConfident sourcing globally and negotiating with suppliersCommercially aware with an understanding of budgets and marginsOrganised, self-driven and comfortable managing multiple projectsInspired by craftsmanship, heritage and contemporary designWhat We Offer:A rare opportunity to shape interiors and environments holisticallyCreative ownership and long-term influenceAccess to exceptional artisans, materials and suppliersA values-led, quality-focused working environmentA role where design, sourcing and execution are equally
