Overview
In this role, you lead Manufacturing Excellence to raise factory performance through continuous improvement, Lean practices, and data-driven decisions. You will guide transformation programs, align with global strategies, and build capability across the factory value chain. The role blends change leadership with hands-on coaching to embed sustainable improvements. This is a chance to shape operational standards in a world-leading wind energy company and drive measurable impact.

Responsabilità
- Define and execute the Factory Manufacturing Excellence roadmap aligned with global strategy
- Own and manage the factory improvement portfolio across SQDCP with governance and benefits tracking
- Lead continuous improvement using Lean concepts and Vestas Production System
- Use data analytics and digital tools to identify gaps, prioritise initiatives, and measure impact
- Establish and maintain Lean standards across operations
- Act as change leader to promote continuous improvement and best practices
- Define and implement the factory training and capability-building roadmap linked to global training strategies
- Coach and develop the Manufacturing Excellence team and frontline leaders to embed improvement across operations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing operations or continuous improvement
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Green Belt with proven results considered
- Lean / Continuous Improvement Coach certification (internal or external)
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
