Headquartered in New York and London, and with a team built by former attorneys and advisors in the fields of M&A, tax, insurance, litigation, intellectual property and capital markets, our client is an elite MGA in the sector looking to grow their junior team in Europe with an ambitious, diligent, and collaborative Law Graduate eager to make a name for themselves.This is a great opportunity to utilize your legal experience in a much more commercial and entrepreneurial environment.Advise our clients on legal issues during their corporate transactionsEnsure up to date records are always maintained on the Company systemsProvide relevant management information to senior managementManage assigned projects and contribute to other projects as requiredRespond appropriately to urgent issues as they ariseKeep informed of all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the departmentA degree in Law is requiredIdeally at least 1 year of post graduate workFluent in ItalianAbility to network extensively and can build sustainable working relationships
