This role combines creativity, cultural awareness, and data-driven thinking to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth, in line with the company's positioning and values.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the brand's Tik Tok content strategy in line with overall digital and social media goalsCreate, plan, and publish engaging Tik Tok content (videos, trends, formats, storytelling) with a strong fashion and lifestyle focusMonitor Tik Tok trends, sounds, creators, and platform updates, translating them into brand-relevant content opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identityCoordinate with influencers, creators, and ambassadors for Tik Tok collaborations and campaignsManage the Tik Tok content calendar and ensure timely publishingAnalyze performance metrics (views, engagement, growth, conversion where applicable) and produce regular reports with actionable insightsSupport paid Tik Tok campaigns in collaboration with media or performance teamsEnsure brand safety, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all Tik Tok contentManage social media DM requests from customers and followersSupport the management of the other brand related social media platformsRequired Skills & Experience2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with a strong focus on Tik TokProven experience managing Tik Tok accounts for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brandsStrong understanding of Tik Tok culture, trends, algorithms, and best practicesProven experience managing META, GOOGLE, PINTEREST and multiple social media platformsExcellent creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for fashion aestheticsExperience working with creators and influencersAbility to analyse data and translate insights into content optimizationFamiliarity with social media tools and analytics platformsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBasic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)Experience with Tik Tok Ads ManagerPersonal qualitiesCreative, curious, and trend-drivenPassionate about fashion, digital culture, and social mediaProactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills
