As Corinthia Rome prepares to open its doors, we are shaping a team inspired by elegance, precision and the art of true luxury hospitality.We are seeking a Chef d'Étage – In-Room Dining , a pivotal role dedicated to transforming every in-room dining moment into a refined, memorable experience - where discretion, timing and detail define perfection.The roleThe Chef d'Étage leads and coordinates the In-Room Dining operation, ensuring flawless service, exceptional presentation and seamless collaboration, all delivered with the signature warmth of Corinthia.Your contributionOrchestrate the In-Room Dining service with confidence and refinementOversee tray preparation and presentation to the highest luxury standardsInspire and guide the service team through leadership and exampleEnsure impeccable timing and elevated guest satisfactionAnticipate and manage special requests with poise and creativityWork in close harmony with Kitchen and Stewarding for seamless flowUphold cleanliness, order and full HACCP compliance at all timesWhat we are looking forExperience in In-Room Dining or luxury hotel F& B environmentsExceptional organisational skills and attention to detailA genuine passion for creating refined guest experiencesStrong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsGood command of English (additional languages are a plus)Flexibility and availability to work on shiftsThe qualities that set you apartNatural leadership and team inspirationCalm, solution-driven mindsetElegant and effective communicationA collaborative, service-oriented spiritThis is more than a role - it is an opportunity to be part of an iconic opening , contribute to a new luxury landmark in Rome , and grow within an international brand celebrated for heartfelt, intuitive service .
