Spring Works Therapeutics, a healthcare company of Merck KGa A, Darmstadt, Germany, is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of patients with rare tumors. We developed and are commercializing the first and only FDA and EC approved medicine for adults with desmoid tumors and the first and only FDA and EC approved medicine for both adults and children with neurofibromatosis type 1 associated plexiform neurofibromas (NF1-PN). Key Responsibilities
will include:Support launch readiness through market research and competitive analysisAnalyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine targetingCollaborate with sales and market access teams to develop effective promotional materials and digital toolsManage patient support programs and educational initiatives within allocated budget. Plan and execute presence at key congresses annually, maximizing impact through integrated activitiesExtensive experience in data-management & business insights to track campaign performance using digital analytics, adjust strategies based on results, monitoring performance & cost expenditureEnsure compliance of all marketing activities while driving brand growth objectivesLead cross-functional brand planning workshops and performance reviewsScientific acumen to cross-collaborate with Medical department in supporting patient activities on a local levelWho you are:+5 years experience in marketing or other relevant role in the rare disease or closely related pharmaceutical industryLaunch experience required, previous sales experience beneficialDeep knowledge of the local Healthcare systemStrong analytical skills to interpret market data and research findings to inform strategic decisionsSound project management skills, with the ability to manage distinct and complex requirements, prioritize and executeExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersStrong sense of urgency, and proven ability to organize, and prioritize for execution and completionDemonstrable drive for high performance and resultsAbility to leverage required technical tools efficiently (e.g., MS Office)BSc or higher in marketing/communication/ business related degree or similarFluency in EnglishWhat we offer:We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
