In this Staff Software Engineer role, you define the technical strategy for the Consumer Wealth domain and lead scalable, high-quality backend systems that power savings and investments. You work across teams to align on technical vision, tackle complex financial-engineering challenges, and mentor engineers to raise the bar. You'll influence architecture and technology choices, helping users grow their wealth via robust backend infrastructure. Responsabilità

Define the technical strategy for the Consumer Wealth domain and architect complex subsystems.
Design and build scalable backend systems addressing wealth and savings features.
Drive cross-organizational alignment and champion the technical vision.
Develop future engineering leaders and promote high-quality practices.
Contribute to the Consumer Wealth back-end infrastructure (Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, AWS).

Requisiti fondamentali

At least 7 years in back-end software engineering in product-based companies.
Proven experience architecting, building, and maintaining microservices and cloud environments.
Deep Java experience with a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
Interest in financial products and wealth management systems.
Structured, persuasive communication and ability to build cross-organizational trust.
Thought leadership and ability to drive technical vision.
Passion for FinTech or startup environments; English fluency.
