We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will work in the quality department to ensure the quality of components and products, supporting both current production and the launch of new products.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and improve internal factory processes, in collaboration with the Production, Logistics, Industrialisation and Product Development departmentsin line with automotive quality standardsCollaborate PPAP and APQP activities for new and existing products.Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of internal and external non-conformities (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).Track and improve quality KPIs and maintain accurate reporting.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance quality performance.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.• 2-3 years of experience in the field as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role in the automotive industry.Solid understanding of automotive standards: IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA.Ability to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.Problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.Good command of English (written and spoken).
