As the F&B Manager at Villa Sant'Andrea, A Belmond Hotel, you will orchestrate our entire dining landscape—from our seaside fine dining and elegant terrace bars to exclusive beach bar service and bespoke events. In this vital leadership role, you will blend rigorous operational and financial oversight with a passion for authentic Sicilian gastronomy.

Maintasks: Reportingdirectlyto the General Manager, the F&B Managerwilloverseeall Food & Beverageoperationsacrossthehotel'srestaurants,bars, beach club, and private events,ensuringanexceptionalguestexperiencerootedinluxuryandlocalheritage. Specificresponsibilitiesinclude: Operational Leadership: Managethedailyoperationsofall F&B outlets (includingfinedining,terracebars, and beach service) toguaranteeseamlessexecutionand world-class service standards.

Guest Experience: Deliverhighlypersonalized,anticipatoryservicethatreflectsboth Belmond'sluxurycodesandauthentic Sicilianwarmth,maintainingexceptionallyhigh guestsatisfactionscores. Financial & Cost Control: Managethe P&L,departmentalbudgets,laborefficiency, and F&B cost controls tomaximizeprofitabilitywhilemaintaininguncompromisingquality. Team Development: Recruit,mentor, andtraina high-performingmultilingualteam,fosteringa culture ofcontinuousimprovement, engagement, and pride.

Culinary& Concept Collaboration: Partnercloselywith the Executive Chef todevelopmenu concepts,winelists, and signatureexperiencesthathighlightlocalingredientsandtraditions. Standards & Compliance: Ensurestrictadherencetohygiene,safety, and HACCPregulations,aswellas Belmond'scorporateoperationalstandards.

Requirements

Experience:

Provenexperienceasan F&B Managerwithinluxuryhotels, high-end resorts, or Michelin-starred/fine-diningenvironments(Belmondorluxuryhospitalitybackgroundstronglypreferred).

Skills:

Exceptionalleadership andmotivationalskills, with ahands-onmanagement style and asharpeyefordetail. Financial Acumen: Strongcommandof F&Bfinancial KPIs, cost control,inventorymanagement, and P&L accountability. Languages: Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge ofadditionallanguagesisconsideredasignificantplus. Passion for Hospitality: A genuineambassadorofluxuryhospitalitywith a deepappreciationfor culture,gastronomy, and the Belmondbrand ethos.
