Supervisor Job Title Owner and Managing Director
Support international sales and business development activities.
Conduct market research and identify potential clients, architects, designers and business partners.
Support lead generation and follow-up activities.
Assist with client communication, presentations, proposals and commercial documentation.
Support the development and management of relationships with international clients and partners.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Project Management and Design teams.
Support the preparation of meetings, client visits and international presentations.
Assist with CRM updates, contact databases and opportunity tracking.
Contribute to competitor and market analysis within the luxury interiors and furniture sector.
Support marketing and communication activities related to international business development.
Gain direct exposure to bespoke interior projects, luxury furniture and the full client journey from initial contact to project development.
What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain. Rossato is offering a one-year internship within its Commercial and Business Department, providing hands-on experience in international sales, business development and the luxury interiors sector.
The intern will support market research, lead generation, client communication, relationship development and coordination with architects, designers and internal departments. The role offers direct exposure to international projects, high-end bespoke interiors and luxury furniture.
We are looking for a recent graduate or young professional with a background in Business, Marketing, Communication, Architecture or related fields, fluent in English and genuinely passionate about interior design, architecture and luxury. Some experience in sales and marketing and a second language (e.g. chinese, japanese, hindi) is a plus.
Rossato provides a €1,600 monthly allowance, accommodation, daily transportation to and from the office, and meals.
The programme is designed as the beginning of a potential long-term professional relationship, with the possibility of a permanent role at Rossato following a successful internship.
