Place of work: Parma - hybrid Full time , preferably with immediate availabilityFreelancers are highly welcomedEnsure that the Procurement and Contract review and approval is performed in a timely manner, in accordance with the Master schedule and within the approval cycle times as agreed in the FEED & EPCM Contract.Ensure the prompt distribution of Consultant Procurement and Contract documents (e.g., Rf X, tender package, contractual markups, summary reports, RFA) submitted for review and approval and exercise strict control of approval cycle times so that the documents are returned to the Consultant with or without approval, within the prescribed time limits.Ensure that the procurement and contract process produce quality deliverables on a timely basis, consistent with agreed scope, strategy, and best practice.Ensure orderly review coordination, and processing of vendor documents.Ensure adherence to relevant Client Delegation of Authority for contract signature, purchase order approval and release and change order process.Ongoing performance management of the consultants to ensure timely delivery of project procurement and contract deliverables.Deliver robust strategic sourcing strategies, driving value through means of consolidation, rationalization and standardization and including tendering, analysis, supplier selection, whilst using negotiation to deliver further cost savings and efficiencies.Support and contribute to the development of Supplier Relationship Management strategy and rollout with critical suppliers.
