Looking for your first international job opportunity ?
We are looking for Italian speakers who would like to start or develop their career in Customer Support while experiencing life in Greece.
Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not required . What matters most is your communication skills, motivation and willingness to learn.
A fully paid relocation package is provided, and the position offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Greece .
What You'll Do
As part of an international Customer Support team, you will:
Assist Italian-speaking customers with their questions and requests
Provide support through phone, email and/or chat
Help customers with account, product or service-related enquiries
Resolve basic issues and guide customers toward the right solution
Use internal systems and digital tools to manage customer requests
Maintain a friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
Work alongside an international team
What We're Looking For
Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
Good level of English (B2 or higher)
Good communication skills
Comfortable using computers and digital tools
Positive, customer-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
No previous professional experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to relocate to Greece
