In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the online presence and interaction of our clients. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking users across various social media channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Monitor social media platforms for customer interactions, ensuring a swift response to comments, messages, and queries.

Enhance customer satisfaction by engaging with users through informative and friendly communication.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure messages are consistent and reflect the brand's voice.

Identify patterns in customer inquiries to help inform product improvements and service enhancements.

Assist in developing social media campaigns and content that resonate with Italian-speaking audiences.

Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to provide informed support and recommendations.

Requirements

Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in social media support, community management, or customer service.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their functionalities.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mentality.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
